Kaia Fit – Updated Review


💪🏻💪🏻 UPDATED Review of KAIA FIT 💪🏻💪🏻

🏋️‍♂️ – Difficulty Level – Medium to Difficult

🔎 – The basics – There are 4 types of classes offered, TRX, Barre, Yoga, and Cross-Training. Each one is led by an instructor who does give detailed instructions for the entire class. The classes are offered so that if you go at the same time each day, you will do each class.

🤩 Atmosphere – It is a women’s only gym. It is very welcoming. One of the things I liked the best was how they incorporated socialization into the workout. We introduced ourselves at the start of each class and answered a question of the instructors choice. I loved how welcoming that felt as a newcomer.

🏢 – Facility – Very large an clean. Lots of various sizes of equipment. Really meets the needs of a wide range of abilities. Great location and lots of parking.

⌚️ – Workout Length – 60 Minutes

⚡️ – Overall – I loved the workout and the environment. The instructors and the other women in the class were very encouraging. Their sharing practice really helps lead to a sense of community which then is just another way to add accountability and then success to a program.
