⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ UPDATED REVIEW of Fit Over 50 Fitness Fit Class.

🏋️‍♂️ – Difficulty Level – Easy to Moderate (but easily scalable to difficult.

🔎 – The basics – Stations are set up in a circuit around the room. We did 30 seconds at each station with 3 laps around the circuits.

🤩 Atmosphere – Very friendly. Members were welcoming. Geoff took the time to introduce me to other members. Geoff also worked with the members and had conversations throughout the workout. It is obvious that he really cares for his clients.

🏢 – Facility – Very clean, colorful and inviting. I loved that he had a fan at each station. That was a great personal touch!

⌚️ – Workout Length – 60 Minutes

⚡️ – Overall – I really liked the workout. The best part was how it did feel like personal training and all the the exercises were modified to fit my ability. This would be a great place to start working out or to go if you are very experienced in fitness and looking to take your game to the next level.
