⚡️ – Overall – Loved the energy and how engaged the instructors were. I highly recommend working out at Barre 3. If you are looking for a community that is encouraging and promotes feeling your best. This is it.

⚡️ – Overall – I really liked the workout. The best part was how it did feel like personal training and all the the exercises were modified to fit my ability. This would be a great place to start working out or to go if you are very experienced in fitness and looking to take your game to the next level.
⚡️ – Overall – ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love this workout and definitely in my top 5 of all time. I like that there is no class time and you just work into a station as soon as you arrive. I also like the length as I am often pressed for time. They have a heart rate monitoring system that really helps track how the workout is going. That’s is a feature I like seeing at a gym.
C2R Fitness is owned by two women, Robin Wagner and Cyn Newsom, who have been in the health industry for over 2 decades. They have worked in an area with folks as they age and realized that a healthier lifestyle could drastically reduce health issues they were having and improve the current quality of life.
C2R Fitness is a new gym located on Chinden and Cloverdale in Boise. As soon as I walked in the door I noticed how inviting the environment is. I was introduced to Danny, who walked me through what a first visit would be like for any new client.
I wrote a little bit about F45 while I was doing Boise Fitness Week. I have been going to F45 for 8 months and am really glad that I was willing to try it out. F45 is functional fitness training. My best description is that it is a bit like crossfit or bootcamp classes. The exercises are meant to be functional or mimic real life movements.
We are at the end of the month already! I feel like I was just setting my goals and now I am realizing how many I never got to. How do you evaluate your progress? Do you look monthly, weekly, or not at all?
Walking into Barre3 I was a bit intimidated. I had done a class during Boise Fitness Week but I was not sure if it would be the same. I don’t like to do new things alone. But that’s why I am visiting new gyms and why I am writing about it. Intimidation is a huge factor for people to not try a class that they think may be fun or a great workout.
On Day 9 I had to squeeze in 2 workouts. I was a little better at planning these. In the morning I headed to Downtown Boise for Upcycle and then in the afternoon I was back in Boise for Hollywood Market Yoga. I purposely left yoga for Day 9 and for Day 10 I only visited Stretch Lab. I though those two were perfect for a wind down to the week.
