⚡️ – Overall – I really liked the workout. The best part was how it did feel like personal training and all the the exercises were modified to fit my ability. This would be a great place to start working out or to go if you are very experienced in fitness and looking to take your game to the next level.

I love this workout and definitely in my top 5 of all time. I like that there is no class time and you just work into a station as soon as you arrive. I also like the length as I am often pressed for time. They have a heart rate monitoring system that really helps track how the workout is going. That’s is a feature I like seeing at a gym.
With just saying all of that, how can 2020 be here in less than 60 days. I have so much still to do to reach my goals for 2019. Does this happen to you? How does it make you feel? Overwhelmed? Indifferent? Excited? I have a little of all of it. So instead of setting a goal for November, I am setting my year end goals.

I wrote a little bit about F45 while I was doing Boise Fitness Week. I have been going to F45 for 8 months and am really glad that I was willing to try it out. F45 is functional fitness training. My best description is that it is a bit like crossfit or bootcamp classes. The exercises are meant to be functional or mimic real life movements.
