This week I visited Fit Over 50 in Eagle, Idaho, a gym owned by Geoff Edwards that focuses on Functional Fitness. Contrary to the name of the gym, members do not have to be over 50.
I was invited this past week to a Sound Bath. I really had no idea what to expect except that I knew it was for relaxation. In my quest for mental fitness as well as physical health, I was willing to give it a try.
Last week I wrote about all of the different exercise programs that I have tried over the years. Do you know though, I still have to question what does it take to be fit?
I like working out when I am finished. Motivating myself to get there in the first place is the hard part. I have designed my workout routine in a way the makes it super convenient for me to go.
I have done so many workout programs over the years. It is not because they don’t work that I have done so many, it is because they do. I want to share what I have learned and what I loved the most.

If you ask, I will tell you that I am a healthy person. It is not because I run the fastest, lift the heaviest, or spend the most time in the gym. I don’t follow my eating plan at 100%. But I do try to make healthy choices most of the time.
My diet starts on Monday. I am going to start working out on Monday. My program starts Monday. Never skip a Monday. Have you said these things? I feel like it is every week for me.
