Review of 9 Round Fitness, Meridian, Idaho
🏋️♂️ – Difficulty Level – medium / difficult
🔎 – The basics – It is a 9-Station Kickboxing workout, with 3 minutes at each station. Station exercises vary and not all require gloves, but all stations get your heart rate up! Usually 5 stations involving punching and kicking with other exercises added with them. There is always a trainer led station.
🤩 Atmosphere – Encouraging and Friendly. There is also an element of competition by recording stats from one station each week. I am not necessarily looking to win but it does push me in that station.
🏢 – Facility – Lots of space to love around, clean, and lots of equipment for exercise variety and modification
⌚️ – Workout Length – 30 Minutes
⚡️ – Overall – ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love this workout and definitely in my top 5 of all time. I like that there is no class time and you just work into a station as soon as you arrive. I also like the length as I am often pressed for time. They have a heart rate monitoring system that really helps track how the workout is going. That’s is a feature I like seeing at a gym.
