
For my first Boise Fitness Week workout I went to Core Strong. That was my first time doing Pilates. Cathy, the owner actually offered 2 classes for Boise Fitness Week because a beginner class is required first.
I did the beginner class and it was definitely necessary. She went over how the equipment was used and what to expect from the flow of class.

The movements were all very slow. My muscles were shaking right away. Cathy assured me that that was normal and good. She also said we would be sore in areas we didn’t even know we had. She was right. My whole abdominal region was very sore the next day.
I will be going again next week for a follow up class (the real deal).
